What alcohol does Xclusive Bartending bring? We bring a variety of well and call drinks: Vodka, Rum, Scotch, Whiskey, and Bourbon. If there is a request just double check with us, almost anything is available. We do try to bring the most popular alcohols and shot mixers, what’s your favorite?  When it comes to beer there is a wide variety available, we will bring three domestic flavors in a bottle or can.

Is there a charge for the bartenders or the set-up? Set-up: Included in all of our packages, we take care of the bar, no worries.  Bartenders: Depending on what package you choose. Yes, if just a bartender for hire is needed for an event, but with our cash / host bar packages the 1st bartender is included. There’s nothing to lose- call us today!

Who is Bartending and what will they be wearing? We provide only the most professional and attractive bartenders for all of our events. We have a variety of male and female bartenders, requests are fine, but must be made in advanced. Guys usually wear jeans/slacks and a black polo and the ladies wear jeans/slacks with an appropriate blouse but if there is a special theme let us know and we can join in on the fun!

How Many Bars / Bartenders do I need? One bartender can efficiently serve up to 100 people per bar depending on menu. We do have available beautiful custom wood bars with accent lights available at only $50 per unit and we deliver!

What is the deposit? When is it due? A $150 deposit is required to Reserve the Date on Host/Cash Bar Packages and will be paid at signing of the contract. This deposit is to save your date on our books, and if the minimum is met you get all this money back.  Bartenders for hire have no deposit but will be paid in full at the signing of the contract.

What is your cancellation policy? Cash / Host Bar Package: A full refund of payment but not deposit will be given 14 days and prior to the event, any cancellations 14 days or less will forfeit deposit and payment. Bartender for Hire: Cancellation within 7 days of event lose payment.
